  2. Define each challenge
  3. Outline how to achieve each challenge
  4. Review each challenge daily
  5. Write a daily challenge review in a journal
  6. Review the daily entries each week
  7. Build a motivational library to assist in achieving results
  8. Employee the assistance of others to help keep me on track
