There is restaurant in Canmore called Cabeza Grande, along eighth street, its a can’t miss location for Tacos, Burritos and TEQUILA!
Okay, its more about trying a variety of tequilas for us tonight and the flight of four chosen as Business Class Flight.
Business Class Flight consisted of;
- Cabo Wabo 100% Agave Blanco
- Montelobos Mezcal
- Corzo Silver
- Hornito’s Black Barrel

His favourite: Montelobos Mezcal
Her favourite: Hornito’s Black Barrel tequilla
For our food choices we took on the C.G. Nachos Grande followed by Tres Tacos, Al Pastor in corn tortillas.
The Al Pastor is a slow cooked pork shoulder simmered in bbq sauce with pickled onions, slaw and salad. The tres tacos were muay bien!
To assist in consumption we enjoyed a Bodegarita, consisting of simple sugar, triple sec, blue agave syrup, a salted rim over ice cubes shaken with Cabo Wabo Tequila.
Tres reviewers: Lime sour cream is da’bomb! C.G. Nachos were surprisigly different and super cheesy, its a MUST stop dining location in Canmore, and don’t forget to try the bulldogs!
